Do I have to use AI to send emails?
Not at all. You can write every email yourself in the editor. AI is entirely optional — and when you do use it, you bring your own provider keys and stay in control of the output.
How does personalization work?
Insert merge tags like a contact’s first name or company, with a fallback for missing values. Each email is filled in per contact when it sends — and AI can take it further by writing tailored copy from each contact’s data.
Can I send emails I already designed in HTML?
Yes. Paste in a full HTML email and it opens in a source editor that keeps your markup intact rather than flattening it. You can still insert merge tags where you need them.
