Learn TurboWorkflow
Start with the quickstart, then read the core concepts. For step-by-step how-tos, head to the help center.
Overview
TurboWorkflow is a visual orchestrator for sales and marketing outreach. You connect the email and LinkedIn accounts you already use, import your contacts, and build multi-step sequences on a canvas. TurboWorkflow handles the sending, pacing, and tracking — so a motion that used to take a dozen tools and a shared inbox runs from one screen.
Nothing here is locked in: you bring your own senders, your own contacts, and (optionally) your own AI keys. This page covers the essentials; the help center has detailed, step-by-step guides for every task.
Quickstart
Five steps from a fresh account to a running campaign.
- 01
Create your account
Sign up and pick your billing currency when prompted. You start on a free trial, so nothing is charged while you set up.
- 02
Connect a sender
Add the mailbox you send from — Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP. A guided wizard reads your name and email and sets sensible sending limits.
- 03
Import contacts
Upload a CSV/Excel file or paste rows from a spreadsheet. Columns are mapped for you, and every field becomes a merge tag.
- 04
Build a workflow
On the canvas, add an email step, a pause, and any follow-ups. Add branches so people who reply or click take a different path.
- 05
Launch (after a test)
Attach your list, run a test to yourself, then activate and launch. Watch opens and clicks roll into your dashboard.

Senders
A sender is a mailbox you send from — you connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account (or a LinkedIn profile). Each sender has its own signature and its own hourly and daily limits, and messages are paced out with randomized gaps to protect your reputation.
- Connect Gmail or Outlook with one click, or any mailbox by SMTP.
- Set per-hour and per-day limits; the budget is shared across your workflows.
- Test the connection before you rely on it.
Contacts & lists
Contacts are the people you reach out to; lists are named groups you attach to a workflow. Import from a file or a spreadsheet paste — smart mapping matches your columns automatically, and unmatched columns are guessed from their values. Every contact keeps a full activity history.
- Import from CSV, Excel, or a paste; headerless data is supported.
- Add unlimited custom fields; a contact can be on many lists.
- Edit any field in place and read a timestamped activity timeline.
Workflows
A workflow is a sequence of steps drawn on a visual canvas. Each contact enters and runs through the steps automatically. Add email or LinkedIn steps, pauses, and if/else branches, then schedule how and when contacts enter — now, at a set time, or in each contact’s own timezone.
- Add and insert steps anywhere; the flow rewires itself.
- Branch on real signals: opened, clicked, replied, or connection accepted.
- Batch sends over days with per-day caps and local-time windows.
Emails
Write emails in a rich editor or paste your own HTML. Personalize with merge tags that fill in per contact, add fallbacks for missing values, and — optionally — generate tailored copy with your own AI keys. Preview per contact, send yourself a test, and A/B test variants.
- Merge tags with fallbacks, in the body and the subject line.
- Bring your own AI keys (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and more).
- Attach files and add inline images; choose reply or new-thread.
Tracking
Opens, clicks, and replies are tracked on every email and roll up into per-step, per-workflow, and account-wide reporting. Click any metric to see the real contacts behind it. Deliverability safeguards — bounce suppression, unsubscribe handling, and duplicate prevention — run automatically.
- Per-link click tracking, an interest score, and a click heatmap.
- Hard bounces auto-suppress a contact from all future sends.
- Internal previews never fire a fake open or click.
Projects
A project is a self-contained workspace with its own workflows, contacts, lists, and fields. Use separate projects for different clients, teams, or campaigns so nothing gets mixed up. Organize inside a project with collapsible folders and drag-and-drop.
- Switch the active project from the sidebar; views are scoped to it.
- Group workflows and lists into folders you can reorder.
- Workflows are locked to their project for safety.
