The short version: TurboWorkflow is an orchestrator. You connect your own email sender and import your own contacts — we process them to run your workflows and tracking, and we do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
TurboWorkflow (“we”, “us”) operates https://turboworkflow.com and the product app at https://app.turboworkflow.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you use TurboWorkflow.
2. Information you provide
You give us information when you:
- Create an account (name, email address, password)
- Connect a sender (SMTP credentials or a Gmail OAuth grant)
- Import contact lists (CSV/Excel) to run campaigns against
- Contact us for support or sales
3. Your contacts
The contacts you import are processed solely to run the workflows you build — sending, tracking opens and clicks, and producing reporting. You are the controller of your contact data; TurboWorkflow acts as a processor on your behalf. Ensure you have a lawful basis and any required consent to email the contacts you import.
4. Email tracking
Outgoing emails are automatically injected with an open-tracking pixel and rewritten links that record clicks. This tracking data is tied to a tracking ID and used only for your workflow reporting.
5. Automatically collected information
When you use the service we may collect browser type, operating system, IP address, and pages visited, for security and to keep the service running.
6. Third-party services
We rely on infrastructure and email providers (for example hosting, databases, and OAuth providers like Google) that have their own privacy policies. We do not share your contact lists with marketing or advertising networks.
7. Data security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data we process. Credentials you store are encrypted at rest. No internet transmission is fully secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or to object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights.
9. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
