A "+" below the last card adds a step; a "+" between two cards drops one in the middle and rewires the flow for you.

Do I need any technical skills to build a workflow?

What happens if I edit a sequence that is already running?
You can edit safely. Contacts already partway through are re-routed to the correct step instead of being restarted or stranded, so live campaigns keep flowing while you make changes.
Can I send at the best time for each contact’s timezone?
Yes. Choose a time of day and TurboWorkflow sends to each contact when it’s that time where they are. Contacts missing a timezone are flagged before launch so you can fix them.
