Do I need to format my file a certain way before importing?
No. Upload any CSV or Excel file, or just paste rows from a spreadsheet. TurboWorkflow detects the columns and maps them for you — you only confirm or tweak what it suggests.
What happens to duplicate contacts?
You decide during import: update existing contacts or skip them, overwrite fields or only fill blanks, and optionally remove contacts that are no longer in your file.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes. Add any number of custom fields per project. Every field — standard or custom — becomes a merge tag you can drop into an email.
