Set sending limits and signatures

Set hourly and daily limits
- 1 Open a sender and find its sending limits.
- 2 Set a maximum per hour and per day. Emails are released one at a time with randomized gaps inside your window.
- 3 If a sender is used by several workflows, its daily budget is shared evenly across them.
Good to know
- Watch for red warnings on a sender card — they appear when demand exceeds the daily limit or a sender is over-shared.
Add a signature
- 1 Open the sender and edit its signature.
- 2 Format text and add images as needed — a preview shows how it will appear.
- 3 Per email step, you can choose whether to append the signature.
Manage the queue
- 1 Open a sender’s queue to see upcoming emails with recipient, time, and a preview.
- 2 Cancel an individual email, remove a contact, or pause and resume the sender at any time.
