Connect your AI keys

1 Open AI Settings and add your API key for a provider — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, or GLM.
2 Enable the specific models you want available, using the searchable model picker.
3 Set a personalization instruction on tone and content that every generation must follow.

1 In an email step, switch from Template to Prompt, select a model, and write your prompt.
2 Pick which contact data to include as context — first name, last name, email, company, city, or the full record.
3 To follow up with real context, reference an earlier email step (for example, pass the previous step’s full block, subject, or body as a variable).
4 Optionally choose a ready-made system prompt — formal, direct, storytelling, data-driven, benefit-led, or friendly.
5 Click Refresh to generate a live preview for a sample contact.

Good to know

The preview is only a sample — a fresh email is written for each contact when they reach the step.
If the AI adds its own signature, tell it not to in the prompt, then refresh again.
Check AI Settings to see your generation costs by model over any date range.
